6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the Services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Hydrosilica a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. Hydrosilica takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any other user.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, or if we believe that such content is objectionable or infringes any party's intellectual property rights.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Hydrosilica to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method, including any overdraft fees or other charges.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

8. Service Modifications

Hydrosilica reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Hydrosilica will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hydrosilica's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
